If you want to get to your destination on time dont deal with this company because their service is very poor, or they have to change their time tables. On the 19th of July i booked a ticket from pretoria to margate we were suppose to leave pretoria at 19:15 but the bus delayed for 2 hours and on our way the driver is stopping in scrap yards just after he dropped off the passenger in Marisburg. So disappointed i didn't enjoy my trip. It was was like a free service whilst I have paid for it.

On the bus now en route to JHB. Toilet is gushing out and all over the floor, not only in the toilet but in bus. Driver put music on, woke a number of people who would prefer to rest, refused to turn music off when asked to even though majority wanted it off and everyone was pressing the "STOP" button above their heads, which also doesn't work even if it is for stopping the bus.

They don’t take the temperature of people who get on the bus , which is a risk , considering covid-19 regulations . The driver wasn’t wearing a mask & the bus is dirty !

Busses are virtually always late. Trying to get hold of any of their office numbers is a ridiculous mission in itself. Either ringing endlessly, or staff that are not very interested in assisting you. I've had trips where the music was overly loud. And temperatures too stuffy. Since then: If I could give a minus-5-star-rating, I would. Just went on trip 1st June. The bus smelled HORRIFIC with stale pee and mould. The roof was leaking on the one side, as though an aircon pipe or something was broken. The overhead dash, buttons & lights don't work. Almost 80% of the waterbottle holders are broken, and/or filled with gum. We'd booked to go to Harrismith. The driver appeared to get lost twice, Once he drove down a sidestreet, made a u-turn to come back onto the main road. And 2nd drove past the highway onramp, so reversed in the middle of the road, to turn and take it. Once we got to Montrose, we assumed at first that this is where we were to get off, as we were due to arrive 12:15... And it was already 13:15. After spending what felt like half an hour trying to get our bags out, having been reshuffled as new bags were added, We asked the driver again if this is the Harrismith stop, and we were told that this is just a pit stop, Harrismith is his next stop, which would be the Mountain View pit stop. So we got back in, and waited another 10min for the bus to get on its way. What was supposed to be another 20min drive to the next stop, turned into 30min, and when asked, the driver realized he forgot to drop us off. Pulled off the road, about 15km from the stop, he got on the phone, only to tell us, he can't take us back, we can get off at Warden and get another bus that can bring us back. Thankfully the people we were going to meet up with, had their own car and were able to drive out to pick us up where we decided to rather just get off the bus. Absolutely pathetic service. If you have alternative options, definitely rather take them.

I used the service a couple of times, good drivers nice coaches , and the cheapest method to Gauteng and back.i highly recommend if you are on a tight budget.
