Poor customer service. Tried to blame me for problems experienced with ballasts bought from them. Tried to fob me off with other sub standard product, ignoring my requested exchange. Taken 6 weeks to finally resolve, with no haste or follow up from their side. Sub standard at every turn. Will not return.
