Had the most wonderful experience at MN Jewellers. Having absolutely no experience with how the diamond market works, Martin patiently took my partner and I throughout the entire process - the best kind of investments, what to look out for, insurance matters etc. Upon meeting, we just knew that we were in safe hands regarding our custom engagement rings. Martin's calm and gentle nature along with his guidance will ensure you make the best decision for your pockets! He worked meticulously with our budgets in order to create our dream designs in under 2 weeks (from first meeting to ring collection). I doubt you will have a better experience anywhere else and would definitely rate 10 stars if I could. Martin, you've definitely got some lifelong clients! Keep up the good work.

I can highly recommend this amazing jeweller. We visited countless jewellery stores, but could not find exactly what we were looking for.. We emailed Martin one evening and explained what we were looking for. He responded immediately and the next morning provided us with a computer image of a suggested design. Martin was very happy to make numerous adjustments and suggestions, in order to make it a perfect dream ring. I was very anxious about ordering online, but Martin was very professional and reassuring throughout the process. The ring arrived by courier within 4 days of us placing the order and it is even better than what we envisaged. Thank you Martin, for your amazing service.

So when I sent an image of a necklace I wanted recently, and requested a few tweaks and changes, I knew that I was in good hands. (To his enduring credit, Martin also handled my endless stream of questions and queries with the patience of a saint). The piece arrived in mint condition a day after being sent via courier, and it’s perfect...! Exactly what I wanted, beautifully made, reasonably priced - I honestly couldn’t be happier. Especially in South Africa, where we have become accustomed to not always having our service expectations met, having them exceeded by THIS much is nothing short of a miracle.
