Wow, what a treat to take a 5 minute detour off the N1 to see this treasure. Takes one back in time and is delightful. Never knew this place existed and then googled the History and was incredible to learn about this little place. Lovingly and beautifully restored.

It is probably the only siding still working and what an experience. Please keep up the good work!

A village of the bygone era, small, quiet, dry and hot.

A must stop on this route to enjoy this well maintained history town. Take time to visit all the attractions. We had some excellent coffee and cakes in town at the local coffee shop. We were well entertain by the guide at the Milner hotel on the ghost route. A must item on your bucket list.

Quite a quaint little town. the town is as "big" as its Main Road - thats it! Awesome for a day trip or even a weekend getaway from the busy city life. They have museums and interesting stories to tell. A lot of history in this little town. Head on Down to the Lairds Arms Pub for a pint (this pub maintains its history and décor) and sing a long with Johnny as he entertains you while playing his Piano.
