Half-hearted service , not really looking to fix your problems , really actually trying to get as much money out of you as possible. Technicians are friendly. Managed to fix my problem with free program after struggling with the store and not getting the problem fixed after spending loads of money. I do not recommend. Rather make use of evetech or titan-ice.
