Exceptionally poor customer service --- walked into the showroom with my family today, ready to purchase an XC90; went for a test drive and left my car keys with the so-called "manager" to conduct an evaluation while on a test drive to trade in my car; was ready to deal and transact upon return from the test drive only to be told the so-called "manager" didn't produce the trade-in evaluation --- this dealership lost a sale today! Why? I guess the so-called "manager" felt it was more important to chat with another colleague instead of producing a trade-in evaluation. Went to Land Rover next door and sealed a deal! I ended up being a happy customer. Thanks, Land Rover!
