I will definitely not recommend Bridgenet. I have paid for a installation but instead they used my neighbours TV antena pipe and bracket, no trunking and surely did i pay for all of that. It is a shame. Their wireless speed is bad.r

We had lightning damage at the office over the weekend, we only found out on the Monday, with one call to Bridgenet, they came to assess the damage, immediately ordered replacements, gave us an estimate on downtime and before the estimate time expired, all damaged goods were replaced, damage reports provided etc. We were up and running very quickly. They went further, by providing our insurance with the required documents to submitt our claim. Thanks for your help!!

Almost a year with Bridgenet with endless hassles and frustrations. Do your homework please!! Every week the same issues and endless excuses from them. I posted last week a review and the next morning they are at my front door with a peace offering of a new antenna. Ask me nicely to remove the reviews!! Witch a did to give them the benefit of the doubt...I told them there must be something else wrong but they insist it's the issue. Not even a week later and same issues. No wifi again for the whole day!! They keep on telling me I'm connected even after numerous mails and what's up with photos taken on every single case. Support team said they confused to why I don't have wifi. I wish I did my homework before singing up with them. I would not recommend them at all. Many bad reviews on them. Quick to sign you up and get monthly installments, don't fall for this. Very unreliable.

We would not recommend Bridgenet at all. We have been begging for feedback and communication which seems to just be ignored. Our line is not stable, and they simply do not attempt to sort out the problem, but rather shrug it off by telling us that everything is fine on their side. We have to send numerous messages to many different people (as it seems they do not wish to help us at all) before we get any form of response, most times it takes weeks, and only after we completely lose it. We have asked them to help us relocate our fibre line and only after begging for over 3 weeks we finally got a response, and then nothing after that again. Very unhappy.

I have been a client for more than a year now. The support is really poor. I have send them countless mails regarding internet either being down or slow, but have only gotten response on 2 or 3 of them. My only option is to call them. Unfortunately, a lot of the calls, being it during working ours or support time, do not get answered. And if it gets answered, you get told that it will get looked at, or you will be told that there is in fact a problem and they are working on it. They do not have any form of issue notification system in place (Downtime notification). I never get any call backs to let me know if the issue has been fixed or not. They do not have any ticketing/reference system in place. They do not follow up with you. For a ISP, this is unacceptable. Clients are able to be patient, as long as they are kept up to date with what is going on, and this is not the case with Bridgenet. Update 2021/02/24 : I have experienced an increase of professionalism and responsiveness from Bridgenet since my initial review when it comes to their support. I have updated my star review, and would like to give a special thanks to Bernie and the other helpdesk staff who would actually go as far as calling back to confirm if my internet is back up after they have resolved the issue.

We have been with bridgenet now for over a year. After many calls and emails regarding stability and internet speed issues (not talking about weather conditions or eskom issues or trees obscuring the signal) just straight up bad internet and bad service, still not one technician came to help us at home or to check whats going on, every time we phone we just get told that settings have been changed on their side and that everything should be fine now. Its still not fine. We are paying for a "business package" and getting little to no service. This is unacceptable. At this current stage we can't even use the wifi to open emails, hell I can't even post this on the wifi, need to use my data on my phone. Sincerely upset client!
