I had 2 of my kids doing their braces with Dr Kutumela, i am more than happy with the service i recieve. The staff are friendly sufficient, professional, friendly and reliable. My 3rd childs braces will be done with Dr Kutumela. He is most affordable. I fully recomend Dr Kutumela. The process was easy. Each of my kids had 4 teeth extracted, with a letter emailed that they had to take with them to the dentist. All went well, my kids enjoy their braces. In a few months my daughters teeth are much straighter, her smile much better. Dr has given her reason to smile bright. Thank you Dr.

My review is not about the Doctor but about the front desk staff that seem to have a level of incompetence and no sense of urgency whatsoever. When they do finaly respond a month later, they come with half-baked responses that make no sense and are not documented on email. I'm supposed to extract 4 teeth but Doctor relooked my case and said I should extract 3. They don't even mention which teeth are supposed to be extracted as if I'm supposed to guess. A Dentist for extraction was supposed to be suggested but they still did not give full details of the Dentist. Im so over dealing with them and it's a shame because the Doctor will get a bad reputation soley based on incompetent front desk staff.
