A problem came up during to process of trying to hire our car, 0 effort put in to helping us, had to cancel our car and go to a different rental service eventually, where they actually put effort into solving the problem (Avis)

We had a terrible experience with very slow and ill-informed staff here. It takes them about 30 minutes to register a new driver, when everything goes well. Unfortunately, after going through the whole registration process for my father they decided his credit card (Chase Sapphire Reserve from Visa) wasn't acceptable since the numbers were embossed on the back rather than the front. The dimwitted staff said it was part of the rental agreement so we asked to see that portion of the agreement. They were unable to find that non-existent provision, but still refused to accept the card, despite the fact that our reservation had already been paid in a advance online using that exact credit card! So we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to register me as the driver using a credit card in my name. Very slow and stupid employees there.

Agence honnête. Je n'ai eu aucun pb. Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire sur d'autres agences de location de voitures en Afrique du Sud, mon dépôt de garantie de 3000 Rand (il est vrai un peu élevé comparé aux 1500 Rand demandés par europcar au Cap) m'a été RESTITUÉ sous 4 jours après déduction des péages payés par un le bip telepeage de la voiture et vérification de mes excès de vitesse potentiels (je n'ai pas été flashé... ) Et pour ceux qui se posent la question, pas besoin de nettoyer la voiture à son retour du Kruger parc.
