After arranging for a windscreen last week and making an appointment for today (making it very clear to the Glasfit staff we do not live close to any repair companies and traveling from far away to get the windscreen repaired) we still had to leave Glasfit Nelspruit after 4 hour of waiting with the old cracked windscreen. They failed to inform us off any delays! We had to asked for assistance they did not feel its necessary to inform us aboit the delays. This business should be closed down and all insurance companies should stop doing business with incompetent people.
