We are ensured through PSG with SANTAM. I requested them to insure my cellphone for the replacement value. This was done and my premium was increased accordingly. I claimed for the replacement of the cellphone and are now informed that the current cellphone's value depreciated and I am therefore paid out the depreciated value. I was never informed about the depreciation value and my monthly contribution was never lowered accordingly.
