Maintenance officer overworked, slightly aggressive and despondent.. She'll need assistance because she is not getting her follow up work done. Accused didn't show up to our hearing because he weren't made aware of date with maintenance officer, because the clerk didn't get her follow up work done. Date were set 2 months in advance????
Came there to pay a fine, during working hours, 15h45, they supposedly open till 16h15, but nobody there. No info how to pay fine either.

As at any other government facility, you hurry up and wait. Proceedings does not start early. Facility clean and Covid-19 rules are observed.
