This is a great video store. It was easy to sign up for an account. Ian is always helpful when I’m looking for a specific dvd. They send you reminders by sms to return your dvd’s so as to avoid a penalty or fine. Best of all is that their christian dvd’s can be borrowed free of charge. Thumbs up.

Tried to rent from here but they made it impossible. Their customer service was horrible in that they wouldn't even work with me on a solution. Being a foreigner, I don't have the documents they require. I have memberships at every other video rental in town, but not this one, because they made it impossible. Clearly they are about the rules and not the customer.
