I took my car for a minor service which was at a reasonable price at a very reasonable time. The staff is so friendly and keep on checking if one is still comfortable and offering a very nice coffee.

I made a booking for my car service at the 11th hour on friday and they were happy to schedule my appointment for the following day. Other than the basic service my car had some disturbing sound from the front that I used to complain about and was told I'm paranoid and sensitive. At MDS they identified the problem without me mentioning it and fixed it for me. I loved my car after that service, I'm not hearing that funny sound anymore. They also explained what I need to do to permanently do away with it and avoid further damage.

4 shocks replaced and vehicle skew. Vehicle was with MDS for 2 days but they really went out of their way to find a solution. Good progress made and MDS went out of their way to assist with rectifying the challenge and due to the delay even were prepared to, free of charge, rectify certain brake related challenges, free of charge! Well done MDS!!
