MDS has always provided excellent service, but this time around it was exceptional! I needed to get a parcel to my daughter in Simonstown. There was a difference in the weight when they received the parcel. They let me know, I paid the difference, bit the parcel was on hold. But true to form they got the parcel on the plane and it arrived this afternoon in at my daughter's home!! I highly recommend them!

2 Lost parcels in 3 days!!!! Very ironic considering that in our meeting the sales rep informed us that expensive items are not covered but also stated that it has never happened while he has worked there. I feel ROBBED having to pay for their mistakes. Literally use this company at own risk

I have used them once amd I was assisted by a lady known as Lavene.u can tell She loves her job and she has sooo.much patience. Great customer experience. Even the driver who collected my parcel gave me a few minutes cause when he arrived I was not yet home. Sweet and respectful gentleman
