I had such an incredible experience at the Hobart Grove Bryanston pharmacy. The pharmacist who assisted me was incredibly kind. I accidentally forgot my ID card at the pharmacy and the retail store organized delivery of my ID card to my home - free of charge and within an hour of leaving the store. I also got a phone call at the end of the day, by the pharmacist personally, to confirm that I received my ID in good order. Truly grateful and would recommend the Hobart Grove Bryanston pharmacy to everyone.

Had a very nasty encounter with pharmacist Coceka Ntantala. I saw the name on the bottle was slightly different from what I was asked to get and she was rude, sarcastic and arrogant when I asked. When I asked if the 2 are the same her response was 'why would I give you something different from what the doctor asked to be given'. all I needed was a yes or no. She then insisted that it is the 2nd time I am asking her the same thing (which it wasn't), and had raised her voice and was getting agitated. When I went to the cashier to ask for the managers name, the pharmacist followed and carried on with her tirade that I'm going get her in trouble. Will never go back there.
