Please allow me to rate the Hospital 4/5 it’s an old hospital with amazing team from kitchen/housekeeping/Security to Nurses ..my daughter was admitted and sister Wendy welcomed us with warmth and promised to take care of my daughter like her own indeed she did that and the rest of morning shift team sorry I don’t remember all their names I felt like I’m home away from home Big up to the team Night shift team !!i salute you especially sister precious thanks you for tolerating my baby she was in good hands .. Now can I please iron out few things you should work on .1 the cleaning and changing bins in the morning around 4am .2. Professionalism (the other Nurse who is a leader/boss at night took my child to change her drip and decided to cut my daughter ‘s hair without consulting me I’m very disappointed she ruined my stay ).and her attitude is bad it’s like shez owning us she must not bring her problems at work .we all have problems!

My nurses were horrible ppl. She had on long nails and were uncomfortable when she was checking how dailated I was. Since yesterday I had to beg basically for everything, my baby to be bath, pain killers, me to take a shower. since yesterday night, my child has not eaten. told them in not sure if milk is coming out of my breast, ask them to make baby bottles for my child to eat. I feel they're no difference from government hospitals
