Absolutely disgusting service I have never met such rude owners before. When asking a question at the till I got told off and instructed to ask the other staff. I ended up just walking out after the other owner told me that his colleague was not rude to me.

A terrible place to go, really. David who works there is extremely rude to customers, not just myself. The staff that work there are unhelpful and very rude and act as if it’s an effort to help one. I received horrible service here. They need to learn about customer service. I won’t be returning back here ever and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service, the staff was rude ..went there in the morning and asked them to deliver a gift urgently but instead they never delivered the gift...they had excuses for not delivering the gift, I had to go and collect my gift and ask someone else to deliver it. What a waste of money and time...I'm never going back to that store...
