Excellent service! After Rola Mercedes Benz refused to replace and repair a component under extended maintenance plan and insisted that if I wanted to have repair done I would have to pay for it myself. I spoke to Morné who asked me to bring my vehicle in. They replaced the component and repaired the vehicle without a hassle. Thank you for the professional manner in which you dealt with the issue.

Worst place to buy a used car. Dont buy from them. Bought a used 2018 C Class from them and has been fighting with them for 7 months about a rim which was welded! And they refused to replace it up until today. Rim was replaced today, drove off and then warning lights came on, "Wheel Sensor Missing"... went back, listened to excuses and waited another hour for it to be replaced. I never thought that I would buy a car with defects from MB Stellenbosch.

I would just like to say what a great experience I had when I decided to service my W204 C200 at this mercedes-benz dealer. Me and my dad drove up from Springbok in the Northern Cape and had to sleep over in cape town to be able to do the service. In short was it worth the money... absolutely, as a mercedes-benz client you want that experience and assurance that your car is getting the best of the best, pricy yes but that comes with quality. From start to finish the dealership staff were awsome and very welcoming... Morné and his team gave a superb experience, while waiting he gave us regular feedback and the car was done(washed as well) in the time he estimated. I have to say the team at Stellenbosch branch are the example of excellence, just like the brand they represent.If this was a unprepared test they passed without any problems. Thank you Morné and team(workshop staff are professionals in the true sense of the word, like the pit staff in formula one they work like clock work) for the great service and I want to mention Eugene as well for the info(financing) and knowledge on the new range of cars. When I buy my new car which will probably be a c-class(w206) it will be at this branch. Thanks everyone, keep up the exceptional work!
