Excellent customer service. I dealt with Benni, who despite not being able to purchase a guitar amp from me, was able to organise a courier to ship the item to another buyer in Johannesburg. The courier arrived promptly, and delivery was successful. They go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I would most certainly recommend their services.

Mercury Music delivered outstanding service. Within 5 hours of contacting them, the courier they arranged to pick up our appliance arrived. Really good considering I live about 70km away! They reported back in 2 days on the repairs required and the work was completed in 3 working days. They were upfront about costs involved; helpful in advising on an insurance claim; and professional in their invoicing. The work was completed as per our request plus additional cleaning up of the appliance that we hadn't asked for. I recommend them highly.

STAY AWAY FROM MERCURY MUSIC! I sent a controller in for repair and they sent me back a tampered with product to force me to come back and give them more money for another repair, they refused to pay even though they tampered with the product. They sent me back a machine with power issues after I sent it in for a play button repair. The repair took them 5 MONTHS to send me back a broken product. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone
