Asked them to specifically check my dogs CCL. Got the green light that everything was all good because the area felt ok and that it was probably just a bad sprain. Got charged for the sedation, hospitalization and "diagnosis" of my dog. After a couple of weeks with no improvement I decided to go to a different clinic where they actually made multiple x-rays and ran other tests to examine the area that confirmed my original concern of a torn CCL. No accountability. No money back guarantee. I wonder how great life would be if all businesses worked this way...

Our little weaver means the world to us and she treated her with so much consideration. I took home a happy and healthy weaver-bird! What an amazing vet. Genius with birds. This practice should get 10 stars, 5 is too little
Extremely helpful personnel, knowledgeable doctors who really care about their patients. Very efficient during this difficult covid 19 period. Extra note of thanks to Dr Kotze. Great job done by every person in this practice!
I'm thankful for the Mercury Vet and their assistance, however, the pricing is a little over the top
Both my babies have always gone to Mercury Street. The Vet's are friendly and compassionate but they are firm if needed. When the time came for my little boy to go to doggy heaven, they were so kind to him and to me. I have on numerous occasions phoned after hours and they have met me at the practice to assist every time . Yes, there is a surcharge for after hour consultations, just like there is a emergency room fee. They are very thorough and always give sound advice.
Staff are friendly attentive and the vets are absolutely wonderful with the fur kids
The vet is rude and condescending. They are only concerned with making money. My dog has a chronic condition and after managing it successfully for four years, this vet wants to lecture me on the correct care for my dog and how I should really be spending thousands on his care every single month. We will not be coming back.
Excellent service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
