I have worked with Danie Jonker from Sequ-Door three times (both retractable gates and solid window bars). The product is good. Their prices are very competitive. Unlike many larger players their installation time is fast. The installers themselves are amongst the best I have encountered: they do a very quick and clean job and leave your place safer than they found it :) The bars I have installed have not (thankfully) been put to the test yet but my property definately feels safer now.

I have been very disappointed with the work that sequ door carried out. They damaged a sliding door entrance very badly. Drilled and inserted bolts in the incorrect locations which then could not be removed. They returned to fix the issues I had. The frame that has now been installed for the same entrance is scratched. The plastering that had to be done is not up to standard at all. They were also 3 hours late for an appointment to carry out the work which meant I had stay the entire day until 1600 before they completed. I will have to complete the issues I have by myself, as I prefer not to have sequ door on my property again. I would advise to pay the extra bit for an alternative company.

I have used Sequ-Door for two projects now. The first time was to replace my entire home with aluminium doors and windows and to install stacking doors and additional security gates. The second time was to replace some wooden doors with aluminium glass doors. From the managerial team, to office staff, to the sales staff and installation teams I received nothing but efficient and professional treatment. Not only is their product of the highest quality, so is timeous process to all their installations. I can only but give them a "5 star" rating.
