If you're an individual requesting assistance, expect to be right at the bottom of the priority list. You will constantly need to follow up, and if you are lucky, you will get a response. The responses I received for a month were false and misleading informing me that my submission was in progress. Only a month later when I decided to take my business elsewhere, was I told that my application had not even been submitted!! Absolutely unprofessional service and unbelievably tedious to get efficient and correct information!
