I received exceptional service from a lady named Sinazo, ooh my my where should I start? She had great etiquette, beautiful recommendations and she is just a star thank you Sinazo for putting up with me and my lil sister when we were shopping you deserve to be a Sales Hero of the Year 2020! You are a gem If only you would teach some of these sales people some rules of conduct Michael Kors would have a better name and ratings on google!

Bad service and intentionally cheating costumers. Sold me dirty white shoes without notifying me the shoes are dirty, they just pre-wrapped them and let me pay. I tried to return the shoes for a refund they tell me I can only get a credit note as if I am returning the shoes because I don't like them anymore. BAD BAD SERVICE!
