my uncle and I were a stranded along the N4 on our way from Carolina to Johannesburg about twenty minutes from Middelburg Toll Plaza. I searched for the nearest towing company and FM Towing Middelburg comes up. My uncle calls the number on the business page and a woman answers. He tells her that we need a flatbed truck from where we are stranded to Heidelberg which is where his office is so he wanted to get his other vehicle from. He asked for a quote and the woman said that she would call him in about 5 minutes time. She never did. We waited thirty minutes for her to call and when she didn't, we called back and the phone went unanswered. We eventually called another towing service and made it safely to Heidelberg after waiting the for over three hours after calling your company. My uncle actually thought that she decided not to help us when she realised that she was speaking to a black person over the phone but I refuse to believe that. But I could be very wrong.
1 star is actually too much it should have been 0! The way they treat clients....not so professional.
