OVK generally has great service, and it's no different with this one. Great people, always willing to help. If I could critic just one thing though, it would have to be the use of a non-universal language to communicate with clients, even when such clients have made it clear they do not understand the language. I would suggest answering the phones in English (universal), and then switching to Afrikaans when the customer either expresses themselves in Afrikaans or doesn't understand English.
