WARNING. Its unfortunate to see that I'm not the only person whose fallen victim to driving so far for nothing. I scheduled a viewing this afternoon through an agent named Nadia, only to find out today that the apartment had been taken the day after my booking was made. Apparently it was my fault for not calling every day and confirming that I'd be coming to view it on the date that was confirmed by the agent. I hope whoever's reading this and plans on doing business with this branch stays wary...you know, so that we don't waste their time.

I had a horrible experience with an agent named Nadia. I had a viewing set up between 5-6PM. I arrived at 5:45 and communicated with her. She gave me the apartment number when I arrived but supposedly left for another appointment before I arrived and failed to answer my calls. I drove from Pretoria and didn't even get to view the apartment in Midrand. I am very unhappy with the service I got and the unprofessionalism the agent displayed throughout the process.
