What an amazing Veterinary practice, a warm welcome from the moment you step in the door. Kind, compassionate and genuine people who go above and beyond to look after our furry family and us in times of worry over our beloved pets. The time taken by the staff, all staff, to greet you and give feedback is just amazing. The Doctors are so good in staying in touch when our pets have been hospitalised, we are so appreciative for the communication. AWESOME SERVICE AND STAFF We had the best experience EVER at this veterinary clinic. The staff, from the receptionist to the doctors were so polite and understanding. They really care about animals and gave us the best service ever. I want to thank you for everything you did for us and our fur baby, also for restoring our faith in people. My kitty boy has been treated by Dr Lynsey - what a wonderful caring and compassionatevet she is.. unfortunately my boy passed away this morning and Dr Lynsey was there out of practice hours to help him cross over the rainbow bridge ...the compassion and care she showed my Streaker and myself was greatly appreciated.. thank you to all the sisters , staff, Dr Lynsey , Dr Lynne, Dr Sam , Jordan and Katherine for your amazing care you gave my boy in his last few months...

Worst decision going to Blue hills vet. They ran up my bill and after querying dropped my bill substantially by a couple thousand. Very shady in the way they run the practice!!

I'm still amazed of the great work that is being done at this hospital,well my two four months puppies had parvo & were sick for 2 to 3 days, they wouldnt eat or drink anything at all and the only way was to just let go of them however when we got to the hospital we explained everything & we got 3 packs of pills that help treat parvo On the same day when I got the pills I gave them the puppies & the following morning I saw them drinking water & eating And ever since they have been very well. I'm still really grateful @Dr Phillips Thumbs up.

We usually take our dogs here, but today I had to take my old dwarf hamster to be put down. The vet that I spoke to on the phone and the vet who put him down were both very sympathetic and I'm satisfied that he died peacefully. The man at reception is really not a good fit for that job, though. Zero emotion and he seemed annoyed by everything that people who came into the vet said or asked. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

Fantastic experience at this vet, I needed a second opinion and Dr Tim and staff were amazing, patient and so kind to my cat. All our animals will now be going to this vet. Even though the prognosis remained the same, the level of knowledge and expertise is the best I have ever experienced.
