Absolutely pathetic service. Wanted a 3D custom wallpaper. Sent a picture to confirm if this could be done. Once they confirmed that they can do it I immediately paid the deposit. However what was installed was something completely different. Since then I have been going back and forth with the sales consultant Tania that helped me. I was asked to pick another picture which I did and they still couldn't get it right. I then requested a refund since both picture they couldn't do and I was not prepared to compromise my choice of pictures just because they couldn't do what they promised. Its been over a month and still waiting for my refund. I have been told that the owner will call me but still no call, email or text. I advise people to rethink using this unprofessional company. The 1st pic is what I wanted. The 2nd pic is what I got. Color was dull and each sheet had a different sade of black. No 3D effect whatsoever. 3rd pic of what it looked liked when it was installed.
