Bought a bicycle for my son. Second day pedals broke. Then the next day simplex for gears broke. Im so disappointed as I bought the long overdue bike for my son at R1300. They say that the bike has been tampered with or he fell with the bike hence. Spoke to Darren who escalates to his manager. This is really bad as its alit of money and I swear on my child that he never fall or anything. Its purely a cheap bike sold at an expensive price. Unfair and unethically. The staff know me as a regular..i will never walk in there again if this is not sorted by refund. Please everyone watch of for this in future.

I say go somewhere else. They now have security and you are not allowed to enter with a cap on, you have to turn your cap around, when I can enter a casino with a cap on. How dumb.
