i sent the email on Saturday looking for a charger for my connex trend book and monday morning I got a response from Clariss Dube she was so sweet and very helpful. by the end of the day I got my qouatation and paid for the charger. Wednesday morning at 09:40 my charger was delivered.

They sell online and believe their over the counter policy of "no warranty" on keyboards is applicable. Brand new Dell notebook keyboard defective out the box, not even fitted, 25min after delivery they were notified and yet they refused to replace due to their policy of "no warranty" on keyboards. So CONNEX can knowing sell you defective goods and then refuse to replace. This now is in conflict with the CPA so I would not recommend CONNEX until they change their attitude with online retailing.

I had the most terrible customer service from Yannick the manager, I hope the owner will deal with this issue as soon as possible, Clarise was very nice and because of you girl, I will definitely come back. As for the manager, he should go and learn how to speak with the client because we are not all the same. I am greatly disappointed and disgusted by his service and how he spoke to me as a paying customer who was there to buy, he treat customers like they are just a number. So annoying.

Connex brand laptop is just the worst. I bought mine at Game stores I’ve been taking it back multiple times for it’s fault, instead it comes back with more faults. I’ve only used it for 2 weeks now it’s beyond repairs and it’s no longer on warranty.
