Had a bad experience here. The sales woman promised to have stock ready for collection for the morning. When I arrived there the next morning, it took her 20 minutes to come down to reception to see me. Then I had to go through to the warehouse with her where they had NOT prepared stock. I then asked if they could deliver and will pay cash on delivery. Delivery never came and I canceled my order 2 hours later.

false promises,pathetic service,they only buy stock from THEIR suppliers once u have ordered or paid,their dispatch is so confused,4 days later and still have not receieved all my stock,several requests to cancel my order but excuses excuses excuses,let the hard way never to deal with them again

Worst experience! The sales guys are so confused WRT stock & pricing. I went to get an accounting book which I was unable to find at any other shop. When I looked online, the price of the book was R5.40. However, the sales rep invoiced me R17.49 for the book. Firstly this is false advertising! Secondly I had to wait 30 minuntes just to receive the book. I will never recommend this stationery company to anyone. I'm actually looking at finding another supplier for my company. Their prices is a rip off! Their website prices are different to what you actually get invoiced. Disgusting!!!
