- 4 Years ago I bought a generator from MICA store in Eastgate. Cost of this generator R 11,000.00, being a MICA customer for many years I assumed that they sold products from reputable and companies who are responsible and can help without rudeness when questioned of their practices in relation to back up service. Because my generator is now not working I went to a company PRECISION MOWERS, refereed by GENTECH 4 months later they came back to me to tell me that they were still waiting for parts from GENTECH and told me to phone GENTECH that maybe they would help with the problem. Well I spoke eventually to a woman that told me that in the last 3 years, they no longer have anything to do with the product I bought called POWERMASTER generator. When I began questioning this woman about the level of service given b y her company GENTECH she was a perfect emulation of her company not caring rude and to top it all put the phone down on me. So this is how some companies operate in our country, they sell their poor products to the gullible public and then get out without after sales service but to top it all they then are rude and obnoxious. Dear GENTECH I will be making my commitment to tell in which ever platform throughout the internet how your company operates and for the public to be wary of the products you sell through retail outlets.

Constant lies. A simple thing as a seal for a high pressure machine, that been in for repairs since February, and up until now they still do not have parts to repair. Be very weary of this company and what they say.
