As always Susan and all her staff handled my babies with such care and compassion! Before I share my experience with you, I would just like to mention to you that Little Companions also supports animal rescue and give back to the community in regards to animals and I really really want to thank Little Companions for your awesomeness ! Again, yesterday, when it was time for their grooming (this time it was 2 special cases that needed extra care) they absolutely showed me again and convinced me once again that they are THE BEST choice. My miniature pinscher had serious injuries to his hind legs and must go for an operation but first need to heal before going for the operations. Both staff treated him like a good caring nurse would treat a child. He was not one bit afraid or did not snap at them once. They were extremely gentle and still got the job done. The new addition to our family (unplanned, as I am in the animal rescue business) was a girl who is very afraid of bathing and it was her first grooming. They played with her in advance, talked to her and won her trust quick quick. Again, as gentle as you can get, they handled her with extra care. Our other baby, sausage dog and also a regular client, received a lot of kisses and cuddles in between and absolutely LOVED it (she is normally the difficult one) but never once was she so difficult when they work with her and she is the senior in our home. Our whole neighborhood is coming to our house to get their pets groomed on the day they are coming to groom our pets. They have a very very good name in Pierre Van Ryneveld, Centurion, Pretoria and I would definitely recommend them without a doubt. The owner Susan is ALWAYS understanding and always open to what her clients needs are, specific instructions, listens to your concerns if any. She is the kind of person you can talk to when you feel unsure or scared and will bend backwards to give you the best service ever.
