There was a lot of unnecessary confusion and miscommunication in the beginning. Once that was cleared up renting from them was fine. Everyone was perfectly professional.

Elna manages our Private Owned unit portfolio in the Montagu Rentals department. What most tenants do not realize, is that she acts on behalf of private owners. It's not always an easy job but thankfully majority of our tenants are not disgruntled and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Elna is the worst employee in the world. Crazy to think this company "runs" with her working there. It's email 9 now and I'm starting to think that she is a made up character like Santa or the Tooth Fairy.

Never respond to emails (Elna) They make up ridiculous fees and mix up rent costs on a monthly basis. If you're looking to rent and Mantagu is in charge, run. You will wonder if the company isn't being run by a literal toaster. 0/10

Terrible experience. Very unfriendly with virtually zero communication (Elna) - they don't respond to emails or phone calls. If you rent through montagu don't expect your deposit back, they will make up any excuse to use every last cent of your deposit. Unreasonable and unethical.
