Was in this shop for one hour where I went to enquire for an upgrade..initially they said the phone was available hence I waited on the queue,behold after an hour and half a staff walked to the queue and told me casually that the phone I requested was not available without any apology or remorse cos I have waited for almost an hour plus..Lukrisa(staff of MTN boulders)was so nice to speak to me and also said she was worried as she saw me waiting for long..Owners of this establishment pls check on your employees customer service cos it is so sad, also note that this wasn't the first time it happened to me.At this point I am sure I would never go to that store again as I am now at MTN mall of Africa where I was welcome as a customer that I am.#badcustomerservice #MTNboulderspoorservice. Lukrisa hopefully is the different one.
