Great place and enjoyed the food..however my rating is about the constant mistake in my others and thia has happened three times in which I always use the drive thru..issues occurred once during loadshedding,week day and a weekend.

I wasn't too pleased with the quality of food received the other night, I placed an order 30 minutes before closing time and collected it 10 minutes before they closed... turned out to be a big mistake, the food prep was clearly rushed, the food was cold, half cooked and not a good reflection on the usual quality of food this store provides. Happy to say that they fixed the order the next day and made sure that they made it perfectly.

If you're used to Nando's meat with sauce, here please specify extra sauce or you'll find yourself with a very dry meal

Cooking staff needs to be trained they giving very little Nando's sauce and don't think how people will eat this dry chicken disappoint comes when you open the package in the home. One small sauce for a half chicken is nothing to do. I have replied over email please check and advise. Thank you for your reply.

Excellent food freshly prepared within minutes. The only issue is that the cashiers need a bit more training on how to take orders more efficiently. Otherwise faultless. I especially love the store design. Good job. Keep it up!
