One star it's the minimal score, disgusting customer service, only thing they care about its money for the service that is not rendered, join them at ur own risk. No one wants to take responsibility, they even deny email communication forgetting there is evidence.

Tried to contact the emergeny line. Which was 0861***1911 to get feedback on a dispatch.. The lady that answered my call at 04:30am pretended to no here me over the phone.. I called back 3 times feom different landlines to get the same results. My supervisor phonee and had to raise the issue with the lady to get feedback and rude service nonetheless. The dispatchers excuse was they were fogging the office and thus could not help us. In an emergency there should be no reason not to help someone. I am upset with this service and hope it does not happen again
