I am bitterly disappointed. After receiving a contract stating the lead-time was 12 - 14 trading days, I signed the contract and paid the deposit on the same day. This was on 10 November 2020, only to receive a text message more than a week later confirming that my installation would be on 09 December 2020. According to my calculations that is 22 trading days! Age old story, over-promise and under-deliver. Happy to take my money for a deposit, but not be upfront around delivery terms. What is the point of the contract if you aren't going to stick to your side of the terms? I live in hope that I receive my shower panels before the end of 2020.

The shower door looks great. The installers were efficient and cleaned up well. Misses out on the 5th star because the quote mentioned 12 to 14 trading days to delivery but it took more than 20.
