What a substandard low quality company. I did a insurance claim in November due to damage on my Galaxy s10. Vodacom sold me insurance with no access, now they claim they can not contact the insurance company.My phone is At Sandton City repair centre.. since then. No calls,no sms,no response from Nonke branch manager. I had to go purchase another phone. So who is to pay for that and what about the arrears on my account. But ofcourse you sms and call for outstanding account fees... You Vodacom has really downgraded yourself to the Worst service company

It seems that one person doesn't speak to another. And that is just mentioning the Managers. Wasted time, petrol and patience going to collect my new phone which one manager arranged to have there, which according to the other manager has not arrived and will not for a further two days. Bluddy fantastic. Just great.
