7 Employees in the shop but only 1 attending to customers. Enquiry feedback from Manager not satisfactory. Vodacom employees more interested in having breakfast at their office desks next to admin documentation, taking personal phone calls or walking around in the mall. Manager could have handled the whole situation more professionally because people in the queue before me left due to it not moving / taking too long.

The staff were knowledgeable a d super helpful especially as I am a bit doff when it comes to cellphones etc etc
Service is extremely mediocre. Some staff think they are doing you a favor by serving you. All-in- all not a great experience. Pricing of accessories is high.
Do not waste your time at this store. Godwin will not truly help you unless his computer says it is okay for him to help you. He expected me to use my phone to call the contact centre to ask about details relating to my account and all I wanted to do was upgrade. They wasted my time and I left because he wasn't interested in helping me. So different to the service I've received in the past at Northgate Vodacom Shop or Eastgate Vodacom Shop. Go there if you want help.
