We've taken our kittens here for routine vaccinations, emergency and spaying. We've interacted with both doctors and multiple receptionists (who work on shifts) Every single interaction has left us reassured that our cats are in good hands. For spaying, you need to set up your appointment (by phone) in advance. You leave your pet there between 7:30-10:am and then they give you a call once the surgery is done to tell you how your pet has fared and indicate a time at which you can pick them up. Neat stitches and our kitten is healing well. For routine vaccinations, we were told to walk in, but the day we went there, they had some major emergency and the waiting room was full. I asked the receptionist for a time estimate. She said about 2-3 hours. I asked if they would be ok with us going home and calling them to check. So our cats could be out of the crate and in a comfortable space at home. I called after 2 hours and then every 30-45 minutes to see how it was going. We live 12 minutes away, so when she finally told us to come in, it was just a 5 minute wait. When we took one of the kittens in for an emergency - he was throwing up and unable to eat or drink, this was also a walk in and we were seen within 15 minutes. The doctors have both been very gentle with our kittens and our kittens are very relaxed in their presence. I trust them completely

A very caring owner run family vet. Conveniently located in Vorna Valley, Midrand, and you don't need to make appointments. They sell a variety of dog and cat food as well.
We always take our pup there when she's sick and we can trust that every vet working there will make sure she's fine. They are professional and kind. And when we walk in, the receptionist welcomes you with a smile. Highly recommended

Vet is excellent but there are no fans or air con in the waiting room which makes it unbearable to wait in the waiting room.
