Had a bit of a regrettable experience at Midvaal Casualties. We took our son for attention and the red tape to get in was disappointing. I understand completely that you have to prioritize patients according to seriousness but there were little to no communication whatsoever in what is going on. Fortunately for us it turned out not to be serious but if it was, I shudder to think what could have been due to staff not assessing the situation promptly.

There are not enough words to express how AWESOME this hospital is. We live in Alberton and we will not go to any other hospital! Staff awesome, professional and friendly! From Andre the management team to even the cleaning staff. ICU definitely the best we have been to, and awesome specialists under one roof. Thank you Midvaal for truly making our experience with you truly professional and hassle free.

Dr Krizaan De Beer .. Thank you for the last minute cancelation of the appointment we had with you and making your self and your office completely unavilable to rescedule and wasting our time and leave at work twice and its so nice of you not to accomadate us after you could not meet your appointments .. Sorry MPH that we have to give you a bad review MPH is the best Hospital in the Vaal Sorry that this Doctors bad business practice has to reflect on you.

My mother was admitted to this hospital on two occassions. The nursing staff are incompetent and extremely poorly trained. Placing an elderly patient into this hospital places that individual at huge risk. My elderly mother was restrained to her bed with a bed sheet and the bed was collapsed inward so that she could not move. I was lucky to get to her in time ..as I doubt she would have survived the night..leaving your aging family in the care of this hospital will be a huge mistake...the doctor who attended my mother was arrogant ..impatient and rude...I will never use this hospital ever again and I advise against it...my mother has never been so traumatised in any medical facility as she was at this place

Incredibly well staffed hospital. Good and clean all around with good health and safety practices. Unfortunately does not accommodate all medical aid funds, but then again, there are other hospitals that do. Staff are warm and friendly, but parking is a bit limited.

I gave birth at MPH in Jan. My birth experience was perfect; my ob/gyn, Dr De Beer went out of her way to make sure I had a wonderful birth and stay in the hospital. The day staff were wonderful in the maternity ward but the night staff lacked emotional intelligence A LOT! I then had my wisdom teeth removed in March and the day ward nurses were amazing.

I had a scheduled CSection in the 20 December 2019 sercive I'm receiving is excellent.. Every staff at martenity ward knows what they are doing and have the greatest team work from the day shift staff to night shift I'm amazed at theawsome service they provided..Sister Tessa,Ntombi, zodwa thanks you are just a heaven sent..
