This is the worst managing agent in the country. If you are looking for a property in a complex and see that they are the managing agent, do yourself a favour and go for another complex. Issues with this managing agent include (but is not limited to) the following: • Poor communication: They respond when they want and they are extremely disrespectful. • Estate mismanagement: Our Estate looks like a dump. It's dirty, the paint is literally peeling off of buildings. People make noise and there are no consequences. People park where they want and nothing is done. The estate's entrance is dirty. If you are a managing agent looking for complexes to manage, look for any complex that's currently being managed by Misty Lake. Owners want to replace them.

Misty lakes is beyond useless. Firstly they don't like to respond to messages, secondly they handle situations like small kids, they put the blame on people such as gardeners, who are afraid because they work for them, they never take responsibility for their actions.

It's really annoying dealing with a 'managing agent' that only responds when it suits the body Corp instead of the needs of the residents. The people that work here are exceptionally unprofessional--from the manner in which they compose emails and other communication with residents, to the sheer lack of response and care for matter that are critical. Its amazing... We pay our bond and own the property, yet Misty lake behave as though it belongs to them.. Pathetic really.

From communication to the maintenance of the apartment complex, everything is poor really. The paint on the walls of my complex is literally peeling off and the body corp no longer sends me the regular emails that would update us. It is just a mess really.
