Their policies in the store contradict the laws of South Africa, and when you explain this to them, they are quite rude and ask for you to rather take it to court. Even though the Consumer Protection Act states things clearly. My experience was terrible, and I shall no longer be purchasing any of my tobacco products from them ever again. I'd rather go out of my way to avoid their '13 stores nation wide'. Please be aware, you can not return goods to them with out a fight even though their policies say 7 days, (I returned it the next day) and the law says 10 business working days. Avoid at all costs.
