Cascade systems

called in asking them about carbon brushes for my 5 Kw generator and they cant assist, they say they dont stock the parts but i know i bought the items here in the past?? either they dont want to help me or just poor service

The customer service is shocking! Ive experienced this on more than one occasion staff say they will call you back and don't, I feel most of the staff are extremely rude I even came to the point of asking the gentleman behind the desk why he's so annoyed, the response I got was "I'm tired". Few more things that have happened with the work shop manager. I feel the staff could really make more of an effort with service and not make the customer feel as if they doing you a favor.
