Sorry to say but the service at Big L is poor. Never friendly and trading hours are not met. Please answer your phones. We cant drive to you every time we need prices on steel. I hate to do this because I want to support the local businesses. I have my own as well and normally I don't complain. but its gone to far for me. If you have meetings in work hours just change your working hours. This is not the first time and the sad part is it might not change at all.
