Lady answering the phone has no manners. She speaks very harshly and rudely as though she is doing the customer a favour. I cannot understand how it is at all possible for a business to make money with such inept people providing service to customers. I Will need to start supporting other vendors after this.

It's not easy to find a place, it's not in Cbd but once you find a place you'll be highly welcomed. They have good customer service!
Service is a bit poor this days at their paypoint not the same as before,

Currently undergoing.massive renovations however I am excited to see what they have to offer once finished. Always find what I am looking for although sometimes a bit more expensive than other places, products are of quality. Hopefully there will be more assistance with the increased space and products
