Logged a complain almost 3 months ago and Mont Blanc made zero effort to sort it out I have been dealing with the worst distributor on this planet who messed up with my pen, refused to give me any contact details of the management whatsoever. All they ever did was to let a poor shop assistant to WhatsApp me. Not a single email had ever been sent to me during this period, not a single apology from the South African retailer or MontBlanc themselves. The customer service is nonexistent. Totally ridiculous!!!
