Excellent patient service. Friendly staff. Very courteous and polite staff at reception area for both my MRI and Ultrasound booking. Thank you for kindness. Audrey and Patsy were the ones who assisted me.

I have always loved attending Melomed Tokai for any medical needs but Mortan and Partners had such complete disregard for its patients. I had a booking made and the lady at reception told me to be 15 minutes before my booking time , I.had adhered to this but she made me wait a 30 minutes before actually communicating to me and let other patients go before and I'm assuming that that they had later times given because surely not 3 patience can be booked for 9am. Eventually when I asked why I'm not being seen to, the Lady at receptiont told me I have no booking for that particular day and their was a mistake made on her side but why did I recive a confirmation SMS for that day and why was I was their 15 minutes before anytime. I have had the displeasure of using their services I now have to phone around trying to get a appointment whilst being on time of from work

I have had numerous scans at this branch of Morton and Partners as well as other branches but , what stands out is one of the Radiologists, Emlen, who always welcome you, with an enthusiastic greeting, he makes you comfortable and at ease before doing the CT Scan, and he is always caring & compassionate about his patients well being....he is my hero

I was at the Kenilworth Medicross Morton and Parters room. There I had to sit and wait for over an hour with possible torn ligaments or broken foot. The wait was not the problem. Two people were seen before me, who had arrived after me and my form had been processed before theirs. A proper patient management system needs to be put in place to avoid unnecessary agrivation.
